Global law firm Reed Smith announced that it advised Duravant LLC, a global engineered equipment and automation solutions provider to the food processing, packaging and material handling sectors, on its acquisition of POSS Design Limited. POSS is a leading specialized manufacturer of meat processing machinery, headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area of Ontario, Canada.
