Latasha Rials has filed a lawsuit against PRN Health Services, LLC, alleging racial discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Furthermore, when she requested reassignment to avoid further racial hostility at work, it was denied, leading to what she describes as an effective constructive discharge.
Rials is seeking various forms of relief from the court including back pay with interest, compensatory and punitive damages, attorneys’ fees and costs, and any other relief deemed just by the court.
