Employers benefit from supporting employee mental health and well-being. Dan Prokott, Sarah Bassler Millar and Brian Hayes will provide insightful and important information about employment policies, benefit plan offerings and other ways that employers can positively impact employee well-being. Topics will include: tips for policy drafting and leave/accommodation administration; effective employee assistance programs and other wellness programs; mental health parity in health care coverage; and the positive and negative impacts mental health has on employee productivity, performance, satisfaction and retention. Attendees will learn practical tips to best support employees navigating different life stressors and to effectively implement and expand well-being programs.
