Vedder Price is pleased to announce that it has received recognition in being selected for Marine Money’s 2024 Securitization Deal of the Year award for their transactional representation of Maritime Partners.
In November 2024, ATLAS closed a new $750 million deferred draw warehouse loan facility forMaritime Partners, provided by a syndicate of lenders led by ATLAS that also included Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, and which was collateralized by three wholly owned Maritime Partners’ business lines.In connection with the transaction, Vedder Price acted as borrower’s counsel.
