A worker has filed a class action lawsuit against Elite Staffing Inc. and Visual Pak Company for alleged invasion of privacy and violation of state law, for allegedly collecting employee fingerprints for use with a wage and hour timekeeping system, without first providing employees with documents and information required by Illinois state law.
