  A woman is suing Dr. David R. Schatz, Associates in Internal Medicine Ltd., Lakefront Medical Associates LLC, Chicago Health Medical Group and West Suburban Medical Center for alleged negligence and for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
