A woman is suing after slipping and falling at a store.
Tanicka Bryant filed a lawsuit Dec. 16 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Gilgit Inc., Ravira Mohil and True North Energy LLC, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, the defendants owned, operated and controlled the premises at 6658 S. Western Ave. in Chicago. Bryant claims she was walking in the store on Dec. 14, 2011, when she slipped and fell on liquid, causing injuries.
Bryant is seeking more than $50,000 in damages and is being represented in the case by the Law Office of Andrew S. Kryder LLC.
