A man is suing over claims he was injured while at a Chicago bar.
Anthony Rosa filed a lawsuit Feb. 18 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Forest Glen Club Inc., Stan Gurka, Veterans of the Earth Society Inc., Veterans of the Earth Inc., Alejandro Gomez, all individually and doing business as Forest Glen Club, and George Vitzileos, citing negligence, dram shop and battery.
According to the complaint, on Feb. 18, 2013, Rosa was at the Forest Glen Club at 3456 W. Irving Park Road in Chicago, when Vitzileos was allowed to strike and kick the plaintiff while on the defendant's premises.
Rosa is seeking damages in excess of the jurisdictional minimum. He is being represented in the case by Randall W. Schwartz of The Schwartz Firm.
