A restaurant customer is suing the business after falling on its floor.
Tyra Brown filed a lawsuit Feb. 14 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Fire Station Pub, also known as Fire Station Pizza, and Pub and Fire House Pizza, citing negligence.
The lawsuit states Brown was in the pub with friends on Feb. 17, 2012, when she slipped on the floor and was injured.
Brown is seeking in excess of $50,000 in damages. She is being represented by attorney Stephen J. McMullen.
