A woman is suing a group of real estate companies, claiming their negligence led her to trip and fall on an Alsip property.

Frieda Evans filed a lawsuit May 21 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Net3 (Alsip) LLC, Net3 (Evergreen Park) LLC, Net3 Holdings LLC, Cornerstone Real Estate Services Inc., Cornerstone Real Estate Group LLC, Cornerstone Real Estate Properties LLC, Exchangeright Net Leased Portifolio 4 LLC and Exchangeright Real Estate LLC,.

According to the Evans, suffered serious injuries on May 22, 2010, when she tripped and fell over a metal rod protruding from the ground on the defendants' property at 12299 S. Pulaksi Road in Alsip.

Evans is seeking damages in excess of jurisdictional minimum, as well as court costs, and is being represented in the case by attorneys at Ankin Law Office LLC in Chicago.
