Alicja Burek filed a lawsuit June 26 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Germania Place Inc. and Custom Hair Lounge Inc., alleging premises liability.

According to the complaint, Burek was on the defendants' property on Germania Place in Chicago on Oct. 18, when the chair she was provided collapsed, causing her to fall and sustain injuries.
