A suit has been filed against a Chicago dentist by a patient who claims she tripped on her way into his office for dental work. entrance
Vasiliki Sinadinos filed suit June 13 in Cook County Circuit Court against Dr. Terrance Busby, doing business as Dr. T. A. Busby General Dentistry.
According to the complaint, Sinadinos was visiting the defendant's office at 6314 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Chicago for dental work on Sept. 9, when she tripped on a step entering the office, fell and sustained severe injuries.
She accuses the defendant of failing to provide a safe means of entrance, exercise ordinary care to keep the premises in a reasonably safe condition and warn of the unsafe condition.
Sinadinos is seeking damages in excess of $50,000, plus costs, and is represented by Chicago attorney Nicholas V. Loizzi of Loizzi Law Office LLC.
