A Northlake company is suing a Cook County commercial property holder, accusing it of failing to pay for rendered services.

Snowpusher Inc. filed a lawsuit Jan. 5 in Cook County Circuit Court against the Heritage Village Pointe Condominium Association and Phoenix Rising Management.

According to the complaint, Snowpusher and Heritage Village Pointe's condo association entered into a contract on Dec. 1, 2012 for snow removal services. Snowpusher alleges from January 2014 to March 2014 it sent the condo association invoices for work performed, but it failed to pay the amount due on the contract, despite repeated attempts to collect delinquent bills.

Snowpusher claims it is entitled to $91,632.50, along with interest, costs and attorney fees. It is represented by attorney Albert F. Ferolie of Law Offices of Albert F. Ferolie in Chicago.
