Woman's parking lot fall lands suburban medical office in court

A woman is suing an Arlington Heights medical office over claims she fell in a hole in the parking lot.

Mary Magno filed a lawsuit Jan. 15 in Cook County Circuit Court against WomanCare, Breast and Bone Density Center, Twin Building Management, and S&M Management.

According to the complaint, Magno on Jan. 17, 2013 fell in a hole or crack in the parking lot of WomanCare, at 1410 N. Arlington Heights Road. She claims she sustained injuries as a result and accuses the defendant of failing to repair the dangerous condition and warn business invitees of it.

Magno is represented by attorney Samantha J. Yozze of Malatesta Law Offices in Chicago.
