Deutsch Levy & Engel filed suit Jan. 21 in Cook County Circuit Court against AN Capital, alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, AN Capital entered into an oral agreement with the plaintiff firm for various legal services. AN Capital agreed to the terms of the agreement, but has denied the firm's repeated demands to collect the past due amount.
