GE Capital has sued a Northbrook trucking company, alleging the company never repaid a loan to help the business buy vehicles.
General Electric Capital Corp. filed suit May 6 in Cook County Court against CRSG Corp. and Lubomir Kirilov, also known as Lyubomir Kirilou.
According to the complaint, on June 18, 2013, the defendants, of Northbrook, received a loan from GE to buy vehicles, with a plan to repay the money borrowed. The loan went into default, the lawsuit states.
The plaintiff seeks to recoup the debt of $735,522, as of Dec. 19, 2014, plus interest of about $340 a day and costs.
