A man is suing over claims of a contract breach against another Illinois patron.
Teshome Hebert, as independent administrator of the estate of Zenebework Hebert (deceased), filed a lawsuit Aug.17 in Cook County Circuit Court, Law Division against Xiaodong Wang, citing breach of contract.
According to the claim, Wang signed a contract with Zenebework Hebert on May 2, 2007, in an agreement that Wang would pay the principal in a sum of $116,854.87 for executing a business sale. As of July 29, Wang has failed to pay the remaining principal balance plus accrued interest resulting in being in default of the agreement.
Teshome Hebert is seeking judgment in the amount of $116,854.87, plus the additional accrued interest through the date of judgment, attorney fees and costs for Wang’s negligence to not follow through with the business sale, the claim states.
He is being represented by Keith Goldberg in Glenview.
