A Cook County woman is suing her former employer and three co-workers over allegations of battery and emotional distress.
Pamela White filed suit Aug. 31 in the Cook County Circuit Court, Law Division against Wellpoint Inc., doing business as AIM Specialty Health, and co-workers Thomas Allen, Debra Matich and Priscilla Phillip, alleging five counts of battery and five counts of negligent infliction of emotional distress.
