ComEd sues customer, alleging failure to pay $42,000 in electric bills

Commonwealth Edison is suing a medical practice, alleging money owed for electric service.

Commonwealth Edison Co. filed a lawsuit Aug. 28 in Cook County Circuit Court against Dr. Aref Senno, individually and doing business as Peterseon Building Fund and Peterson Medical Surgi-Center.

The plaintiff alleges Senno and his medical practice owe $42,040.59 in unpaid electric bills.

Commonwealth Edison seeks reimbursement for the full amount it says it is owed, plus interest and court costs. It is represented by in-house attorney Helga Possler of Oakbrook Terrace.
