Law money 10

CHICAGO — An executor of a deceased man's estate is suing The Admiral at the Lake; Linda Clifton, R.N.; and Olaronke Omotade, R.N., in a wrongful death claim alleging negligence in nursing home care.

Gary Rogner, as independent executor of the estate of Walter Rogner, filed a complaint on July 26 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to provide proper care to Walter Rogner.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2014, Walter Rogner suffered from the development of pressure ulcers and a failure to suction secretions from his airway, contributing to or causing his death. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to adequatley monitor Walter Rogner's condition and to provide timely treatment.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount in excess of the jurisdictional limits of the court. He is represented by Eva E. Golabek of Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz in Chicago.
