Reddy, S.C.; Arkan Alrashid, M.D.; Northshore Center for Gastroenterology, S.C.; Peter Puthenveetil, M.D.; and Greenleaf Medical Associates, S.C., in a wrongful death claim alleging negligence in medical care.
