CHICAGO — An individual is suing RCN Telecom Services of Illinois, LLC, an Illinois company, citing alleged liability and negligence.
Brenda Hines filed a complaint on Aug. 10, in the Cook County Circuit Court against RCN Telecom Services of Illinois, LLC alleging that the Illinois company allowed their employee to perform lewd things in front of plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, in 2015, she experienced trauma as the result of being exposed to lewd acts. The plaintiff holds RCN Telecom Services of Illinois, LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to properly supervise their employees.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount in excess of $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Eugene K. Hollander, Paul W. Ryan, and Jonathan L. Hoeven of The Law Offices of Eugene K. Hollander in Chicago.
