CHICAGO — An Illinois corporation is suing CRP Holdings V-2 LLC, P Three Development LLC, EMP Technology Holdings LLC, T2 Round Table IL LLC, unknown owners and non-record claimants, seeking a mechanic's lien over allegations that it was not paid.
ETS-Lindgren Inc., a supplier of electromagnetic and radio-frequency shielding solutions, filed a complaint on Oct. 18 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging breach of contract and failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages to its business for unpaid principal. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for the alleged failure to pay the plaintiff's invoices.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $217,125.30 plus interest at the rate of 5 percent per annum, court costs and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Mark B. Grzymala of Grzymala Law Offices, P.C. in Skokie.
