CHICAGO — A married couple's lawsuit against Williams Roofing & Insulation Inc. alleges breach of contract.
Howard C. Emmerman and Fern E. Emmerman filed a complaint on Oct. 20 in Cook County Circuit Court against Williams Roofing, alleging the contractor failed to properly repair the plaintiffs' roof forcing them to hire another roofing company to do proper work on their roof.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant in an amount of $37,164, court costs and any further relief the court grants. They are represented by Mark L. Evans and Kyle A Cooper of Beermann Pritikin Mirabelli Swerdlove LLP in Chicago.
