CHICAGO — A customer is suing First Marshall Auto Auction LLC and Nadia Huzien, its principal manager, for alleged breach of contract after a vehicle they sold the plaintiff broke down a few blocks after he drove it off the lot.
Burnyss Perry filed a lawsuit on March 21 in Cook County Circuit Court alleging the defendants failed to disclose the defects of a vehicle before selling it to him.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the defendants falsified the mileage and condition of the vehicle.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000.
