CHICAGO — A woman's family is suing Victory Centre of Sierra Ridge LLC and Pathway Senior Living LLC for alleged negligence and for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to make sure that their automatic doors were working properly.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Brent R. Bearnes of Whiteside & Goldberg Ltd. in Chicago.
