CHICAGO — A couple is suing Dr. Michael S. Siegfried and Integrated Imaging Consultants LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent their son's injuries.
Witold Wojtylo and Edyta Wojtylo filed a complaint on Sept. 5 in the Cook County Circuit Court, allegingtheir son sustained serious physical injuries including the loss of a testicle when the defendants allegedly failed to identify the complete loss of arterial blood flow to their son's left testicle.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. They are represented by James C. Harman of Cirignani Heller & Harman LLP in Chicago.
