CHICAGO — A man is suing Mars Holding LLC and Mario Acuna for alleged unpaid wages and violation of state law and workers' compensation acts.
Michael Stadnicki filed a complaint on Sept. 22 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he was not paid the agreed weekly salary of $2,884 for his work, including his earned bonus.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and wants the defendants to provide him with accounting records of their finances, including all of their subsidiaries and affiliated companies. He also seeks a share of the defendants' profits, including all subsidiaries and affiliated companies, all unpaid profits or dividends owed to him, court costs and any further relief this court grants.
