Mars Holding LLC allegedly failed to properly pay employee

CHICAGO — A man is suing Mars Holding LLC and Mario Acuna for alleged unpaid wages and violation of state law and workers' compensation acts.

Michael Stadnicki filed a complaint on Sept. 22 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he was not paid the agreed weekly salary of $2,884 for his work, including his earned bonus.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and wants the defendants to provide him with accounting records of their finances, including all of their subsidiaries and affiliated companies. He also seeks a share of the defendants' profits, including all subsidiaries and affiliated companies, all unpaid profits or dividends owed to him, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Christopher J. Williams and Alvar Ayala of Workers' Law Office PC in Chicago.
