RML Specialty Hospital Chicago, nurses allegedly failed to properly treat wound

CHICAGO — A woman is suing RML Specialty Hospital Chicago and several nurses for alleged negligence.

Lolita McGee, independent administrator of the estate of Willien McGee, filed a complaint on Oct. 10 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Willien McGee suffered active bleeding from a sacral wound that allegedly contributed to the deterioration of her overall health. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to properly diagnose and treat Willien McGee's active bleeding and timely notify her treating physician of changes in her condition.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that that will adequately compensate her for her losses and damages. She is represented by Paul D. Richter and Caitlin K. Finnegan of Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz in Chicago.
