CHICAGO — A couple is suing Dr. Randy Miles, Dr. Christina Zhang, Dr. Y.S. Hahn and Dr. Edward A. Michaels for alleged negligence in medically treating their child.

Rodolfo Pazmino and Stephanie Pazmino filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants misdiagnosed their child's skull condition, allegedly contributing to the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services' action to remove the plaintiffs' children from their house. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to consider the child was a hemophiliac when making their diagnosis.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 and court costs. They are represented by Alan Barinholtz and Scott Skaletsky of Busse, Busse & Grasse P.C. in Chicago.
