Toni Hammond, independent administrator of the estate of Anthony Minor, filed a complaint on Nov. 8 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Minor developed pressure sores, which allegedly contributed to the deterioration of his overall health while in the defendants' care.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Paul G. O'Toole of Salvato & O'Toole in Chicago.
