CHICAGO — A company is suing Corban Tower Holdings LLC for alleged breach of contract.
Mega Parking Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 1 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant failed to honor the purchase option it agreed to in the lease agreement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the defendant failed to fully fund an improvement fund based on the original agreement, including failing to honor the purchase option.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks to recover damages of not less than $50,000 plus interest, require the defendant to acknowledge the purchase option, enjoin the defendant and any further relief this court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Joseph R. Marconi and Ramses Jalalpour of Johnson & Bell Ltd. in Chicago.
