A man is suing dentist Irfan Atcha and New Teeth Chicago for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

CHICAGO — A man is suing dentist Irfan Atcha and New Teeth Chicago for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Mohammed Elbu filed a complaint on Nov. 13 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he suffered serious physical injuries, including sinus complications, allegedly caused by dental implants. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to assess the need for a sinus lift before placing the implants.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus any further relief this court grants. He is represented by the Law Offices of Mark P. Loftus in Chicago.
