CHICAGO — A man is suing Ellen Miller, Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Krishna Raghavan for alleged liability and negligence.
Timothy J. Edmier filed a complaint on Nov. 16 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Miller failed to properly control her automobile and hit him as he was walking along a sidewalk on July 8, 2014. He also claims that the Raghavan and Northwestern Memorial Hospital failed to properly treat his injuries.
He also holds the other defendants responsible for allegedly failing to check if he was allergic to a medication before administering it to him.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Timothy J. Edmier of Lawrence, Kamin, Saunders & Uhlenhop LLC in Chicago.
