Kindred Hospital Chicago Central allegedly failed to prevent pressure sores and dehydration

CHICAGO — A woman is suing Kindred Hospital Chicago Central for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Glenda Harris, independent administrator to collect for the estate of Frankie Harris, filed a complaint on Nov. 13 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Harris developed pressure ulcers and dehydration while in the defendants' care. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Bella Feinstein of Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
