CHICAGO — A man is suing Aperion Care International for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Darnell Silas, independent administrator of the estate of Annie Silas, filed a complaint on Nov. 15 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Silas developed pressure ulcers. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise and assist Silas to prevent the ulcers.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by the Law Offices of Barry G. Doyle P.C. in Chicago.
