CHICAGO — A man is suing Dr. Jeffrey Hoekstra and Hoekstra Chiropractic LLC for alleged negligence.
Charles Romero filed a complaint on Oct. 23 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he sustained serious physical injuries as a result of undergoing a chiropractic procedure that allegedly was done improperly. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly performing the procedure on him with too much force and for allegedly failing to recognize that he had suffered a vertebral artery dissection and stroke.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. He is represented by the Law Offices of Scott B. Wolfman in Chicago.
