CHICAGO — A man is suing Presence Resurrection Medical Center, Presence Medical Group, Resurrection Physicians Provider Group Inc. and Dr. Kathryn Skolarz, and associated entities, for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Jozef Buszydlo filed a complaint on Nov. 20 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants failed to treat his heart attack.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court plus interest and court costs. He is represented by Michael T. Peterson and Stephanie K. Nathanson of Law Offices of Stephanie K. Nathanson in Chicago.
