CHICAGO — A man is suing Manorcare Health Services Westmont for alleged negligence.
Nick Bathas, special administrator of the estate of Edward Jantos, filed a complaint on Nov. 22 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Jantos suffered a fall, which allegedly caused him to sustain a subdural hematoma, while in the defendants' care.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Jason M. Kellerman of Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
