CHICAGO — A man is suing Righteous Oaks Inc. and Pinos Construction and Remodeling Services LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Hilario Mendoza-Favela filed a complaint on Nov. 20 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging he sustained serious physical injuries when he fell on Dec. 6, 2015. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to provide him with fall protection.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court, plus court costs. He is represented by Willard L. Hemsworth III of Rathbun, Cservenyak & Kozol in Joliet.
