CHICAGO — A couple is suing CVS Lake Forest LLC and a nurse for alleged negligence.
Silvia Fitzgerald and Steven Fitzgerald filed a complaint on Nov. 20 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Silivia Fitzgerald was injured when the defendants used a Waterpik Flosser to remove ear wax from her ear. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to check the water pressure produced by the Waterpik Flosser before allegedly using it to remove the ear wax.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. They are represented by attorney George L. Grumley, in Chicago.
