CHICAGO — A man is suing Loyola University Medical Center for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.

Henry Paulsen, special administrator of the estate of Charlotte Paulsen, filed a complaint on Nov. 21 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Charlotte Paulsen fell and broke her hip, which allegedly caused the overall deterioration of her health, while in the defendants' care. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise Paulsen to address her risk of falling.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000. He is represented by Bradley Z. Schulman of Motherway & Napleton LLP in Chicago.
