CHICAGO — A man is suing Beecher Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center LLC for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Thomas Goleski, independent administrator of the estate of Mildred Goleski, filed a complaint on Nov. 6 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Mildred Goleski suffered serious physical injuries when she fell on Oct. 10, 2016, which allegedly contributed to the deterioration of her health, while in the defendants' care. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to implement a care plan for Goleski to address her risk of falls.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Robert J. Rooth of The Rooth Law Firm in Evanston.
