CHICAGO — A woman is suing The Parc at Joliet, Extended Care Consulting LLC and Extended Care Clinical LLC for alleged negligence.
Della Mosby, independent administrator of the estate of Linda Faye Johnson, filed a complaint on Nov. 20 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Johnson developed pressure sores, which allegedly contributed to the deterioration of Johnson's overall health. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise Johnson to prevent her from developing pressure sores.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Susan L. Novosad of Levin & Perconti in Chicago.
