CHICAGO — A woman is suing Dr. Daniel A. Troy, Advanced Orthopedic and Spine Care S.C. and Advocate Christ Medical Center for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Mary Wilburn filed a complaint on Nov. 21 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants misaligned her femur.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Brian K. Hetzer of Karlin, Fleisher & Falkenberg LLC in Chicago.
