CHICAGO — An estate administrator is suing Symphony of Morgan Park for alleged negligence.
Mattie Tolbert, independent administrator to collect of the estate of Jesse Lee Tolbert, filed a complaint on Nov. 22 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Jesse Lee Tolbert developed pressure sores that became infected, which allegedly contributed to the deterioration of his overall health, while in the defendants' care.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court. She is represented by Jonathan W. Young of Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz in Chicago.
