CHICAGO — A man is suing MedMar Inc., MedMar Rockford LLC and MedMar Lakeview LLC for alleged breach of contract, fraud and negligent misrepresentation.
Jeffrey Greenswag filed a complaint on Nov. 27 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants misrepresented his employment agreement to induce him to sign a contract including a noncompete provision. He said those alleged false representations have prevented him from landing a similar job since he was terminated, after moving to Chicago and working only eight months for the company, ending in August 2017.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants for all damages and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Charles R. Franklin, Harry O. Channon and Allie K. Haling of Franklin Law Group in Northfield.
