CHICAGO — An estate administrator is suing Norridge Gardens for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries and wrongful death.

Summer Milan, independent administrator of the estate of Jozef Zero, filed a complaint on Nov. 29 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging Zero developed pressure ulcers that allegedly contributed to the deterioration of his overall health while in the defendants' care, contributing to his death. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise Zero to prevent him from becoming dehydrated and from developing pressure ulcers.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Kristen N. Koeller of The Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates P.C. in Chicago.
