CHICAGO — A woman is suing Aspen Foods, Division of Koch Foods Inc., for alleged discrimination.

Erica Gray filed a complaint on Nov. 22 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendant discriminated against her because she was pregnant. She alleges the defendant did not provide her with an adequate accommodation for her condition.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek an injunction against the defendant, court costs, a judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000, plus punitive damages, interest and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Uche O. Asonye, Natalie Zakarzecka and Adrian Jonak of Asonye & Associates in Chicago.
