CHICAGO — A woman is suing Windmill Nursing Pavilion Ltd., Dynamic Healthcare Inc., and several individuals for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Candy Franklin, independent administrator of the estate of Rose Jackson, filed a complaint on Nov. 29 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the defendants did not promptly treat Jackson when she experienced shortness of breath, which allegedly caused the deterioration of her health.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Michael Silverman of Horwitz, Horwitz and Associates Ltd in Chicago.
